Introduction

At Phantom PPF and Automotive, we stake our reputation on meticulous craftsmanship and the unwavering quality of our work. Your complete satisfaction is the bedrock of our business. This policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward, ensuring you have a clear understanding of our commitment to you after a service is completed.Due to the custom-cut, labour-intensive, and irreversible nature of our services—particularly Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation—our policy is focused on service satisfaction and rectification rather than traditional returns.

1. Paint Protection Film (PPF) & Other Installed Services

Once a service is rendered and your vehicle is delivered, the service is considered complete and is non-refundable. However, your investment is protected by our Workmanship Guarantee.
Our Workmanship Guarantee Covers:
We guarantee our installation work against defects directly caused by our application process. This includes:

  • Film lifting or peeling at the edges
  • Significant bubbling or blistering
  • Misalignment or imperfections caused during installation

This guarantee is valid for a period of [e.g., 14 days] from the date of service completion.
What to do if you have a concern:

  • Notify Us Promptly: If you notice an issue with the installation, please contact us within [ 7 days] of collecting your vehicle. Timely notification allows us to assess the situation accurately.

  • Our Resolution: If the issue is determined to be a result of our workmanship, we will rectify the problem at no additional cost to you. Our resolution will be one of the following, at our professional discretion:
    Repair: We will repair the specific area of concern.
    Replacement: If the issue cannot be repaired to our high standards, we will remove and replace the film on the affected panel(s).

Exclusions to the Workmanship Guarantee:
This guarantee does not cover issues arising from:

  • Damage to the film or coating caused by accidents, collisions, or intentional misuse.
  • Scratches, scuffs, or chips from road debris or improper washing techniques after the vehicle has left our care.
  • Lifting or damage caused by high-pressure washers being used too close to the film's edges.
  • Pre-existing damage to the paintwork (e.g., rock chips, deep scratches, failing clear coat) that was present before our service. While PPF can mask minor imperfections, it is not designed to fix existing paint defects.
  • Natural wear and tear, or damage from environmental factors like bird droppings or tree sap that are not cleaned promptly.

2. Retail Products (e.g., Car Care Kits, Cleaners)

For any physical, non-service products sold by Phantom PPF and Automotive, we offer a more traditional return policy.

3. How to Initiate a Claim or Return
