Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).
Pre-Cut PPF Kits: Custom and pre-cut kits require meticulous preparation. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for processing before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
We offer several options to meet your needs, with all costs and estimated delivery times calculated at checkout.

Important: Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any other brokerage fees levied by the destination country.
Phantom PPF has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Refusal to pay these fees will result in the package being returned to Phantom PPF. Any return shipping costs and original shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the customer's refund.
Visibility is key. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.
We package our products, especially our Paint Protection Film, with extreme care to withstand transit. However, in the rare event of an issue, we are here to help

Damaged in Transit: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you notice any significant damage to the packaging, take photos before opening it. If the product inside is damaged, please contact our Customer Support team at support@phantomppf.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and building management first. If the package cannot be located, please contact us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.
To ensure there are no delays, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. Phantom PPF is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges will be required to resend the order.
